Formalities for discharge

Before leaving, do not forget to go to the Admission Office in order to make sure that your administrative records are complete, and to pay for the balance that is at your charge..

Situation bulletins will be given to you. You will have to transfer them to the Social Security Office, your private insurance, mutual and possibly to your employer.

Discharge without medical approval

If you wish to leave without medical approval, you must sign a certificate mentioning that you are informed of the risks incurred by an early discharge.
